Angela is a lifelong resident of Greene County and began her Real Estate career in 2010. She has made a practice of treating people with integrity and fairness, building a strong business following on word of mouth referrals and repeat business. Her vision is to bring exceptional Agents with unique strengths to the world of Real Estate, and to watch them thrive.
Angela's strong personal connection to the area has formed valuable relationships with clients, as well as other professionals. She brings hard work, strong negotiation skills, and good instincts to the table. She has energy, dedication, and discipline, but most importantly she takes your time seriously.
Outside of Real Estate, Angela is a Volunteer Firefighter and has served in various roles in her community including 4 years on the Board of Education where she spent 2 years as the Vice President. She is also a yoga enthusiast and teaches classes at various local studios.
Samantha is our mountaintop specialist at Changewinds Realty. She is the owner of Native Crest Window Washing, has a special interest in investment properties and has done great work with both buyers and sellers since becoming an Agent in 2020.
Her time and attention to detail gives her clients a leg up when it comes to finding the perfect property and she has enough knowledge of the local area to help guide them.
Samantha loves to be outdoors with her dogs enjoying all that the local landscape has to offer, as well as utilizing local herbs and plants to make her own self care products.
Mike is the kind of guy you want on your team! He is fair, ethical and takes the time to understand the specific needs of his clients. In fact, many of his clients love to keep in touch, sending him photos and updates about their homes long after the sale has been finalized.
He has served his community as a first responder in several ways as an EMT, a Volunteer Firefighter, and a Police Officer.
Mike also has a background in Home Inspections and HVAC, giving him a keen eye for what to look for in a home.
Licensed as an Agent since 2019, he has proven himself to be a valuable member of the Changewinds Realty team, and an asset to anyone lucky enough to work with him.
Jared has been licensed since 2015 and began his career based mostly in the Albany area with a large part of his focus being on working with investors. Since then he has grown his business to include buyers and sellers of residential properties while maintaining his investor client relationships.
He has a successful IT career and has an excellent handle on marketing, data and crunching numbers. He also has enjoyed the opportunity through his IT career to travel and grow his network.
Jared enjoys traveling with his wife and two little girls whenever he can, and is also a Volunteer Firefighter.
